ARHS Group part of Accenture is looking for an Electronic Signature Configuration & Support Specialist to support one of our major clients (EU Institution).
In this role you will provide L1/L2 support configuration and user onboarding for the electronic signature platform. You will combine technical setup with user support and training ensuring smooth adoption across the institution including senior stakeholders and external clients.
THE WORK:
- Provide L1/L2 support for electronic signature solutions troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary.
- Configure update and manage user setup for platforms such as DocuSign.
- Support integration with document management systems (e.g. SharePoint OpenText Content Server).
- Assist users with mobile applications for electronic signatures.
- Deliver onboarding training and guidance sessions for internal staff and external clients.
- Create and maintain user guides FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in processes or configuration.
- Promote best practices and support change adoption across the institution.
Flexible: The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and onsite at a client in Luxembourg.
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
- Hands-on experience with electronic signature configuration (DocuSign or similar).
- Strong technical support experience (L1/L2).
- Knowledge of integration with document management systems (SharePoint OpenText or similar).
- Familiarity with mobile applications and user support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
- Ability to create clear user-friendly documentation and training materials.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years in IT support consulting or application adoption roles.
- Proven experience with DocuSign or other e-signature platforms.
- Track record in delivering user training and adoption programs.
