Your Role as a Lead Care Professional:
Deliver and uphold the highest standards of care.
Ensure clients receive person-centered high-quality services.
Act as a mentor to Care Professionals providing field-based support and guidance.
Help improve care quality ensuring our team is well-equipped and confident in their roles.

Previous experience in a care role ideally with leadership responsibilities.
