Location: Sheffield North (S35 2XQ)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Rota: 5-day week 9-hour availability alternate weekends and occasional nights
Salary: 25350 - 26325

Your Role as a Lead Care Professional:
Deliver and uphold the highest standards of care.
Ensure clients receive person-centered high-quality services.
Act as a mentor to Care Professionals providing field-based support and guidance.
Help improve care quality ensuring our team is well-equipped and confident in their roles.

Previous experience in a care role ideally with leadership responsibilities.
A passion for supporting others and maintaining high standards of care.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A proactive and compassionate approach to care.

Qualifications :
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional quality of care. Experience in delivering services.
