Job Summary
Job Desc Should be able to diagnose EV & HEV vehicle independently troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems in vehicles create content for Guided trouble Have Skills Research and create high-quality informative and engaging automotive content using different Authoring tools. Strong knowledge of Electric & Hybrid Vehicle. Familiarity with tools equipment and procedures related to removal & refit is important. This knowledge will allow to create informative and instructional content. Diagnose electronic mechanical and electrical systems problems in Vehicle using different testers & Diagnoses tools. Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) identification and understanding the specific error code that has been generated. Conduct vehicle testing including Individual component testing. Proficiency in using automotive testing and diagnostic equipment such as OBD-II scanners multimeters and oscilloscopes. Understanding of automotive electrical system wiring diagram wire color codes connectors and components and its functionalities. Including understanding symbols & DIN standards Maintain detailed document records of system tests Removal & refit procedures and results for reference and to have Skills o Use of OE testers & OE descriptions o OBD II standards o Guided troubleshooting SKILL PRIORITY SKILL-1 HV & EV ( Workshop Knowledge)SKILL-2 Guided trouble shooting of fault codes SKILL-3 OBD- II standards SKILL-4 DIN standards in wiring diagram CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Relevant certification in High voltage system handling
