Job Summary
- Job Title: Laboratory Technician
- Job Type: Permanent
- Days and Hours: Nonday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Location: Ellesmere Port
- Salary 23809.50
- Analyse samples in accordance with appropriate analytical test procedures and within customer requirements and where appropriate record results
- Accurately entering laboratory test data into relevant IT system
- Help to build a good working relationship between colleagues other teams and clients to reduce inefficiencies and capture all business opportunities.
- Report any Quality or Health and Safety issues the Laboratory Team Leader and register on the companys quality system.
- At all times adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself colleagues and clients in line with the companys policies and procedures
Qualifications :
Skills & Knowledge
- Able to consistently follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to adopt a flexible approach to work and react effectively to a rapidly changing environment.
- Able to work under own initiative and with a high degree of autonomy & maturity.
Experience
- Previous experience of working in laboratory is desirable
- Ideally from an Oil or Engine Background
