Community Links is embarking on an exciting new chapter. With funding secured to deliver a pilot over the next 12 months we are seeking dedicated individuals to join a vibrant team committed to shaping place-based community-driven support across East London. Our vision is to work hand-in-hand with residents local organisations and partners to co-design and deliver initiatives that foster safety a sense of belonging and greater agency over the future for everyone in our communities.
The Community Engagement and Partnership Worker will help empower communities across Newham to co-design and influence services delivered both within Community Links and throughout the borough.
You will be part of a team that works strategically to strengthen neighbourhoods across Newham through the organising of inclusive engagement activities collaborative events and community-focused training.
You will be central to building and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders across the borough as well as implementing an effective marketing and communications strategy to promote activities across Newham.

Additional Information :
Place of work: Community Links offices (105 Barking Road) and within the wider and immediate community / borough.
Hours of work: Full-time Permanent 37 hours per week (open to job shares)
Salary/Grade: 33320 to 38650 per annum / Practitioner
Reports to: Community Engagement Manager
Level of screening: Enhanced DBS
*This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
*The role involves significant community-based work with travel across various delivery sites and stakeholders across London.
Remote working: Please note in the main remote working does not apply to this role.
