Job Summary
STS Aerospace is looking for an Product Development Engineer to join our collaborative team in Elmwood Park this key role youll help shape and guide the development of new and existing aerospace products working closely with the team.
As a Product Development Engineer you will:
- Review customer requirements specifications and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Translate customer input into actionable plans using our internal systems.
- Complete development documentation including checklists travelers and work instructions.
- Lead and coordinate team meetings to align on development timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering production quality and planning teams to improve processes and ensure project success.

Qualifications :
- Proven working experience as a quality/product engineer or in a related field.
- Experience in blueprint reading and spec interpretation.
- Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment often fast-paced loud and requires proper PPE.
- Work well within a team.
- Creative and innovative thinking skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
