Job Summary
Job Description: System Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure including servers networks and software applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the system by implementing proper security measures and protocols.
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software related issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Perform regular system upgrades and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimize system efficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Relevant professional certification such as MCSE CCNA or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems network protocols and security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in system administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with cloud computing services like AWS or Azure.
- Experience in system monitoring and performance tuning.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $112000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $148000 per year
