An Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Cheltenham is seeking a Food Technology ECT to join their friendly and supportive Technology Department from January 2026.
The successful teacher will teach Food Preparation and Nutrition across KS3KS5 inspiring students to explore healthy eating sustainability and global cuisine. They will deliver creative and practical lessons that build key life skills while developing students understanding of food science and nutrition.
ECTs are fully supported through mentoring training sessions and opportunities to observe expert practitioners. The role includes involvement in school food clubs community projects and enrichment events that promote healthy living.

PGCE/PGDE with QTS in Food Technology or a related discipline.
Knowledge of nutrition food safety and sustainability.
