About the role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead product launches and brand storytelling across categories. The role requires a deep understanding of consumer insights strong messaging and positioning skills and the ability to translate product benefits into impactful campaigns. You will own the go-to-market strategy shape communication across channels and collaborate with product design and performance teams to ensure successful product rollouts and sustained growth.
Specifically this role will involve:
- Developing product positioning messaging and unique brand stories by deeply understanding ingredients benefits competition and consumer needs.
- Designing and executing 30 60 90 day go-to-market strategies for new launches across digital and offline channels.
- Creating persuasive content including website copy packaging claims campaign ideas email/SMS flows and ad copy.
- Collaborating with designers to bring packaging creatives and social media campaigns to life while ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Planning and executing launch campaigns across social influencer performance marketing and ATL/BTL channels.
- Partnering with product development operations and sales teams to ensure smooth launches and market alignment.
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance across awareness engagement and conversion metrics; optimizing strategies for impact.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 3 6 years of experience in Product Marketing or Brand Marketing within D2C FMCG or consumer-focused startups.
- Proven experience in taking products from concept to launch with measurable success.
- Strong skills in storytelling copywriting and creative ideation.
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing including social performance influencer email and ATL/BTL.
- Analytical mindset to measure campaign performance and pivot quickly when needed.
- Ability to balance brand building with performance-driven marketing.
- Startup-ready mindset: ownership agility and ability to juggle multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.
- MBA or post-graduate specialization in Marketing/Brand Management will be an added advantage.
