Responsibilities:
- Patient assessments related to infusion therapy.
- Medication administration including infusions.
- Treatment planning in coordination with the healthcare team.
- Collaboration with providers and other team members.
- Accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Monitoring patients for adverse reactions during and after infusions.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with EPIC EMR.

Special Considerations:
- No weekend or holiday work is required.
- The facility can call off staff once per two-week pay period.
- Royal Blue scrubs are required for RNs.
