In this PACU RN role youll be responsible for monitoring and stabilizing postoperative patients as they emerge from anesthesia assessing airway status vitals pain control and recovery progression and identifying potential complications with timely escalation. Youll perform meticulous neurovascular checks modal pain management administration and hemodynamic monitoring ensuring patient safety through careful documentation handoffs and adherence to evidence-based recovery pathways.
