ROLE DESCRIPTION

Access Global Group is adding a .NET Developer to design develop and maintain secure high-performing applications using C#/.NET SQL databases and modern full-stack frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role will participate in agile development processes contribute to CI/CD pipelines and help optimize production deployments for ongoing business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business and technology partners to design and implement -based solutions that meet complex business needs
• Develop test and maintain secure high-performing software components using C#/.NET and related technologies
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning code reviews and continuous integration
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional code.
• Support production deployments troubleshoot issues and contribute to ongoing platform enhancements
• Other duties as requested by leadership

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 9 years of hands-on experience in software development with C#/.NET including solid object-oriented programming and design pattern expertise.
• Experience with SQL databases (Oracle or SQL Server) and familiarity with full-stack development technologies such as Blazor WinForms or JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. MCSD) are advantageous.

OTHER Must have no other full-time commitments ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
