Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Night Auditor to join a prestigious luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations maintaining accurate financial records and providing exceptional guest service during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage late check-ins and early check-outs ensuring a seamless guest experience
Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare accurate reports for management
Balance and verify front office accounts charges and payments
Handle guest enquiries complaints and requests promptly and professionally
Liaise with other departments to ensure all guest and operational needs are met
Monitor the propertys security and safety during night hours
Complete nightly audits including room and revenue checks
Prepare handovers for the morning shift to ensure continuity of service
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar Night Auditor or Front Office role within a luxury hospitality environment
Strong administrative and numerical skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Reliable responsible and capable of working independently
Professional appearance and guest-oriented approach
Must be able to work night shifts weekends and public holidays
Package Details:
50% Medical Aid contribution
3% Provident Fund contribution
Annual increases and performance-related bonuses
Meal allowance of R25.00 per shift (for salaries below R25000)
Subsidised staff transport available on Franschhoek Paarl Stellenbosch and Wellington routes
