The Opportunity Hub UK is thrilled to be recruiting for an Account Manager role with an innovative education business based in Broxbourne Hertfordshire. Our client has a bold vision of providing inclusive services to all and is looking for a talented individual to join their small fast-paced team.

Heres what youll be doing:

Creating proposals for new accounts and working with Bid Writers to bring in new business
Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders associated with their accounts
Managing all enquiries for specific accounts including tutors schools and parents
Attending and leading meetings with account contacts
Ensuring termly KPIs are met and exceeded where possible
Managing costings and funding for each account
Evaluating analyzing and monitoring progress of each account and tutor
Recruiting and onboarding tutors and conducting assessments
Providing support for tutors with all aspects of the role
Processing tutor documentation for each contract

Here are the skills youll need:

Excellent interpersonal time management and communication skills
Ability to engage and work collaboratively
Strong business acumen analytical and statistical skills
Excellent business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality content
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Understanding of curriculum and education including special educational needs
2 years experience of account/relationship management
