Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field support site visits and client coordination while ensuring smooth technical operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit client sites and provide basic technical support and service assistance.
- Coordinate with the internal team for issue updates and resolutions.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits and service activities.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and provide timely feedback.
- Ensure company equipment and tools are properly maintained.
Requirements
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and a laptop.
- Should be able to communicate in basic English.
- Good attitude willingness to learn and readiness to travel for fieldwork.
