Our client is a leading healthcare institution in Vietnam that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Job descriptions:

Manage daily operations of clinical and non-clinical departments.
Ensure seamless coordination among doctors nurses and administrative teams.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
Work with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning and hospital growth.
Monitor financial performance and support cost control and resource optimization.
Oversee procurement facility management and hospital infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Lead quality assurance patient safety and risk management initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performing operations team with strong collaboration culture.
Partner with HR on staff development performance and retention programs.
Maintain strong relationships with medical associations partners and government agencies.
Represent the hospital in external meetings and public health initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Healthcare/Hospital Management Business or related field.
8 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations.
At least 4 years in a senior management or leadership role.
Strong understanding of hospital systems workflows and patient experience.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
