Job Summary
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the accounting team of 3 accountants.
- Manage cash flow AR/AP.
- Manage bank credit limits. Handle negotiation communication and documentation with banks to increase limits.
- Manage cash balance.
- Issue invoices and enter data into FAST system.
- Prepare weekly reports and periodic financial statements.
- Handle tasks required by auditors and tax reporting authorities.
- Perform document discounting operations.
- Manage certain orders and conduct AR/AP transactions with partners.
- Prepare loan orders and transfer orders.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Report directly to the Korean General Director or indirectly to the Vietnamese Deputy Director depending on the matter.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English communication.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Experience in finance or banking is a plus.
- Experience in preparing reports.
- Knowledge and experience in tax declaration.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational and task-management skills.
- Management capability.
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting and at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Age: Preferably 35-40.
