The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a key role across lead generation proposal support and internal coordination helping ensure the pipeline is full and flowing.
Heres what youll be doing:
- Supporting outbound lead generation via cold calling email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Maintaining and progressing opportunities through the sales funnel using
- Drafting and sending client proposals and quotes ensuring timely follow-up and coordination
- Conducting market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Managing task and meeting coordination for the business development team and CEO
- Creating and posting LinkedIn updates to maintain brand presence and engagement
- Maintaining CRM records and ensuring sales data accuracy
- Providing general office and administrative support as needed
- Proactive and self-starting approach you take initiative without waiting for instruction
- Comfortable on the phone and confident communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- A quick learner who enjoys a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
- Interest in sales and business development with a drive to grow in this area
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools like is a bonus

- Salary of 25000 - 30000 depending on experience
- Office-based in Stratford for the first 3 months during onboarding and probation
