Job Summary

Lower Merion School District is hiring a long-term substitute Music (Band) Teacher at Black Rock Middle School.

PA K-12Music Certificationis required.Out-of-state educators should explore PAs reciprocity guidelines set by the PA Department of Education. Pennsylvania Certification information is available at years teaching experience preferred. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students required.

Good standing relative to Act 48 credits. Child abuse PA State Police and FBI clearances (no less than one year from date of hire)

This is a long-term substitute position lasting from January-March 2026.

This is a benefits eligible position. Salary and benefits set by LMEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
