Sales Training Content Intern
Were looking for a motivated intern to join our Commercial Excellence team to help us build and modernize sales training materials that equip our teams to sell smarter faster and more effectively. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how a global organization designs and deploys learning programs that drive commercial success.
Your role:
Developing and updating digital learning content (slides e-learnings videos and interactive tools).
Partnering with subject matter experts to translate product and sales concepts into engaging materials.
Organizing content in our internal LMS and SharePoint systems.
Supporting measurement of training effectiveness and learner engagement.
Helping with internal communications newsletters and enablement campaigns.
Youre the right fit if:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Marketing Instructional Design Communications or a related field.
Passionate about learning design storytelling and digital content creation.
Skilled in PowerPoint Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (bonus: Articulate 360 or video editing tools).
Organized detail-oriented and proactive about managing multiple deliverables.
Excited to work in a global health technology company with purpose.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Monthly full-time allowance between 500 - 700 gross depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office 300- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam 255- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.
Travel compensation if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. 192- net
Paid holidays per internship term.
