About the Team & Office

Join our Broadcast Applications team a high-performing group dedicated to supporting the backbone of our broadcast operations. We are on the lookout for a Broadcast Apps Support Analyst to join the team in a permanent capacity.The successful applicant can be based out of any of our offices in NSW!

A day in the life

As aBroadcast Apps Support Analyst youll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our core broadcast audio applications including platforms likeZetta GSelector LiSTNR Table Pathfinder FlexMAM the entire AXIA suite of audio infrastructure... the works! These systems are essential to our revenue streams and audio delivery and your work will directly impact the success of our broadcast operations.

Youll manage incidents analyse complex data sets and collaborate across departments to maintain seamless operations. Your expertise in broadcast technologies and enterprise applications will help keep our audio platforms running smoothly in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment.

What Youll Need

• 5 years of experience supporting enterprise or broadcast-specific applications.
• Strong knowledge of broadcast technologies and associated software (e.g. Zetta GSelector).
• Proven experience in incident management and on-call roster coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
