About the role:
This is a permanent full-time position (Monday to Friday 38 hours per week) based at our Armidale site. Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Area Manager the IEA Job Coach works to deliver high quality tailored and supportive case management to Participants living with disabilities. The IEA Job Coach will provide exceptional customer service and complete a range of operational tasks to support their caseload. The IEA Job Coach will liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support the progression of their Participants and to ensure achievement of contract delivery and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
