About the Position
Were inviting expressions of interest from dedidcated General Practitioners to join our growing team working on-site across aged care facilities in Frankston and the surrounding region.
This is a rewarding opportunity to enhance the wellbeing of older Australians while enjoying the relaxed coastal lifestyle and natural beauty of the Mornington Peninsula - just a short drive from Melbourne.

What We Offer
- Attractive Daily Rate: Earn up to $2000 per day for an 8-hour workday.
- Support at Every Step: Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses telehealth geriatricians physicians and experienced admin staff.
- Quality Over Quantity: Manage a caseload of around 25 patients per day focusing on delivering genuine person-centred care.
- Your Schedule Your Choice: Enjoy flexibility to choose the days that suit you.
- Room to Grow: Tailored for GPs interested in aged care with clear pathways for long-term professional development in an expanding organisation.
What Were Looking For
- AHPRA Registration: General or Specialist registration (no conditions).
- Fellowship: RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required.
- Tech-Ready: Comfortable with system-based reporting and familiar with common clinical software.
- Equipment: Must have access to a personal laptop.
Non VR GPs
If you are close to completing your RACGP or FACRRM Fellowship we welcome your application.
Daily rate: $1700$1800 (based on experience and availability).
