Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with service advisors to provide precise repair estimates
Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs including brakes engines and transmissions
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and explaining repairs
Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and manufacturer updates
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a master technician with a strong background in automotive repair
Deep mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Familiarity with auto estimating processes and dealership operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Experience with Reynolds/Ignite and X-Time is a plus
