Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Plans shoots and edits photo and video contents in line with agency messaging.
Assists in filming directing and editing agency promotional education and instructional videos and including long-form media productions.
Designs and produces agency graphics for fact sheets flyers brochures articles multimedia presentations and publications.
Regular creation and maintenance of social media content across multiple platforms including but not limited to: Twitter Facebook YouTube Instagram and LinkedIn.
Assists Director of Communications with updating the agencys public website.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

State ofSouth Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A bachelors degree and relevant experience.

SCDC Minimum Requirements:
(Or an acceptable equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources).

A bachelors degree and two (2) years of experience in marketing social media management public affairs/information media relations or a related field.
