Job Summary
Roblox is looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage and grow our global regulatory this role you will help craft strategy and drive execution for business-critical regulatory projects spanning online safety AI privacy and consumer protection. Youll lead complex multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to assess requirements manage project schedules identify risks and communicate priority needs to partners and leaders across the company.

As we scale around the world regulatory readiness is a critical component of our plans. Were looking for someone to manage and develop the Regulatory & International Legal teams global initiatives and cross-functional workstreams including by establishing playbooks and tools.

This is a full-time position based in San Mateo CA (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report to the Director & Global Head Regulatory & International Legal.
You will:
- Coordinate global regulatory readiness projects on AI content online safety and other business-critical projects (e.g. UK Online Safety Act EU AI Act);
- Drive alignment on regulatory compliance projects across legal policy and product teams via effective coordination and communication;
- Manage the response process for global regulatory requests for information;
- Own the development of internal knowledge management tools and processes.
You have:
- 10 years of experience in a role related to cross-functional project management;
- Demonstrated interest in tech law and policy as well as experience working with legal and regulatory initiatives;
- A track record of managing company-wide cross-functional legal projects;
- Experience creating and managing workflows with a focus on being process-oriented and organized;
- Comfortable tackling complex matters involving multiple stakeholders;
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment;
- A love of keeping large teams on track;
- A team-first mindset and excellent collaboration skills;
- Expertise in using program management tools such as Airtable Asana etc.;
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple timelines and projects; and
- The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in plain language.
