As the Channel Marketing Analyst- Paid Media Programmatic within our Marketing Team you will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across display video CTV and emerging channels while learning to apply AI- and agentic-driven automation. You are required to be hands on in both manual and automated campaign setup trafficking and QA with a focus on building a strong strategic and analytical approach to delivering digital media. Additionally the role involves preparing detailed reports ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards and staying current with industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute monitor and optimize paid media campaigns across programmatic platforms including DV360 The Trade Desk Amazon DSP Vistar and others using both manual and automated methods (bulk sheets API integrations scripts).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaign strategies that support business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data generate insights interpret AI recommendations and recommend optimizations and apply the right approach to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Manage campaign budgets pacing and bid strategies to ensure efficient and effective media spend.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery or performance issues promptly.
  • Scale campaign deployment bulk updates reporting automation workflow improvements and other projects to maximize existing processes
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports highlighting key metrics trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current with industry trends platform updates and best practices in programmatic advertising.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines privacy regulations and platform policies.

Required qualification capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media and programmatic campaign management.
  • Proficiency with DV360 The Trade Desk Amazon DSP Vistar CM360 and other relevant ad tech platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and data-driven optimization.
  • Excellent communication organizational multi-tasking and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred qualification capabilities and skills:

  • Experience with additional platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager or other DSPs.
  • Certifications in programmatic platforms (e.g. DV360 The Trade Desk) are a plus.
  • Experience with AI copilots automation dashboards or campaign setup tools
  • Basic understanding of data feeds and how APIs connect to DSPs ad servers ad reporting systems
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills.
