Job opportunity
The Legislative Service Commission currently has an opening on its IT staff for an in-office Help Desk technician. The Help Desk technician will be the first point of contact for technical issues across the agency. Duties include:
Respond to user inquiries via phone email or MS Teams;
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware software and network issues including:
Windows MS Office printers phones connectivity etc.;
Set up equipment for meetings/events;
Assist with posting documents to the LSC website.
