- Read the same beloved book again (and again) all while doubling as a human jungle gym.
- Handle spontaneous toddler dance parties pretend doctor visits and imaginary hair salons like a pro.
- Decode toddler-speak solve playground mysteries with Sherlock-level skill and always know who took the last crayon.
- Offer endless hugs infinite patience and lightning-fast reflexes.
- Thrive on laughter sticky fingers and unconditional love.
- Find joy in the little things (like glitter... everywhere).
- Believe every meltdown is just a misunderstood message.
- Wear an invisible superhero cape daily.
- Provide a warm safe and nurturing environment for young children.
- Lead fun developmentally appropriate activities that support social emotional and academic growth.
- Communicate with families and teammates with positivity and professionalism.
- Keep classrooms organized clean and full of joy (and maybe a little glitter).
- Maintain proper supervision and follow all daycare safety and licensing guidelines.
- Bring patience creativity and a genuine love for little learners every single day.
- A CDA for infants/toddlers OR an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education
- 3 years experience working with children preferred (but a big heart is a must!).
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state childcare requirements.
- Reliability teamwork and a good sense of humor are essential.
