As our HR Business Partner for Germany youll play a key role in shaping our people strategy and supporting our teams to thrive. Youll work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with our goals foster a strong company culture and ensure we remain a great place to work.
Heres what youll be responsible for:
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Support organizational design and workforce planning to ensure optimal team structures and capabilities.
- Drive performance management cycles coaching managers on goal setting feedback and development conversations.
- Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives including surveys action planning and follow-up.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company values and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and support training initiatives.
- Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies working closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Support diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Act as a liaison between employees and leadership promoting transparency and trust.
Your profile
- About 7years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to coach influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- German and English C1 level or higher in both.
- Experience working with HR data and analytics tools is a plus.
- A proactive hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A genuine passion for people culture and continuous improvement.
