Global GSI Key Accounts Leadership
Design establish and lead the GSI Global Accounts network leveraging GSI resources and coordinating across GE Vernova businesses to best serve key accounts globally.
Define and implement common processes tools and strategies to foster customer intimacy discipline and orders growth within GSI key accounts.
Drive strategy integrated account planning earlystage opportunity identification and value communication in close coordination with GSI Region Sales leaders Key Account managers and other key stakeholders.
Promote a common key account management culture across regions and functions including standard KPIs routines (e.g. cadence of reviews) and sharing of best practices.
Customer & Internal Stakeholder Engagement
Establish and manage strong relationships with highlevel decision makers at customer organizations and within GE Vernova to drive customer programs with a key focus on demand generation including:
Mapping account organizations (detailed customer power map and detractors vs. promoters).
Planning and maintaining the yearly key account meetings and engagement plan.
Defining and validating with GSI ESY & GE Vernova leadership the ITR account plan aligned with customer mapping to ensure structured engagement at all levels up to Csuite with clear impact and growth targets.
Ensuring the account plan leads to measurable positive impact including customer satisfaction for GSI ESY & GE Vernova better understanding of customer needs and expectations and sustained order intake growth.
Verify understand and anticipate the impact of changes in the regulatory environment to the decision making of the customers leadership. Works closely with GSI key stakeholders to translate key industry / market trends into executable growth strategies
Interface with GE Vernova Global Accounts Government Affairs and when applicable with EFS and EC to maximize GSI and ESY impact and align on strategic opportunities.
Direct Ownership of some Europe Key Accounts
Lead and own the account strategy plan and orders volume for TenneT GER TenneT NL Amprion 50Hertz Energinet Elia.
Coordinate and align internal teams (commercial technical project legal/finance) to execute the account plans and deliver value to these customers.
Act as the senior escalation point and executive sponsor for these accounts ensuring issues are resolved promptly and relationships are strengthened.
Germany Government Affairs Grid and Electrification GE Vernova
Lead GE Vernovas government affairs strategy related to grid and electrification in Germany under the management of GE Vernova central Government Affairs and business leadership.
Work closely with Paola Dhont (Centra GA manager for France and Germany) to develop and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders regulators industry associations and other external influencers relevant to GSI and GE Vernova businesses in Germany.
Work closely with Paola Dhont (Centra GA manager for France and Germany) to monitor and interpret German and EU policy regulatory and legislative developments impacting GE Vernova businesses; provide clear insights and recommendations to business leaders and integrate these into account and growth strategies.
In close coordination with GA central represent GE Vernova in relevant policy dialogues consultations industry forums and publicprivate initiatives ensuring the companys positions are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectives and the energy transition agenda.
Partner with Global Accounts commercial and technical teams to identify and influence opportunities arising from public programs (e.g. grid investment frameworks funding schemes hydrogen/renewables initiatives) that support customer outcomes and GE Vernova growth.
Qualifications/Requirements :
Track record in Germany Denmark and the Benelux
Degree in engineering business studies or equivalent
10-15 years of direct sales account or team leadership experience with international exposure
Solid experience in business development and/or building growth plans
Track record for driving growth and generating new customers
Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships at the CEO staff level and at least the next two levels down
Strategic and/or product marketing exposure
Customer-centric mindset able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable GS solutions
In depth understanding and expertise in the T&D industrial arena including good knowledge of key players.
Collaboration acumen able to interface with both internal team members and external partners part of a solution-based process
Ability to energize develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization
As proactive self-directed creative strategic thinker be able to operationalize thought out process
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Open to extensive travel
English & German language fluency (oral/ written). Polish and or Dutch are a plus.
Masters Degree in Business Admin. Economics Law or Engineering
