Were seeking a friendly organized and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram store in Champaign. If you love talking to people and know how to make a great first impression this is your opportunity!
Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls
Respond to and follow up on internet inquiries via email
Make follow-up calls to prospective customers
Assist sales managers with general business development tasks
Schedule appointments for customers with sales representatives
Interact professionally with all dealership departments
Ensure every customer receives a world-class first impression
Qualifications
Positive professional and friendly demeanor
Enjoys talking on the phone and helping customers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Able to follow directions adapt to change and stay composed under pressure
Reliable and punctual must show up every day ready to work
