Job Summary
The Utility Team Manager is a hands-on leader that will directly supervise projects and leads a team responsible for professional floor care services including carpet shampooing floor stripping and resealing and post-construction cleanings. This role ensures projects are completed efficiently safely and to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule floor care technicians
- Oversee carpet cleaning hard floor maintenance and construction cleanups
- Ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments for project planning
- Monitor quality and resolve issues on-site
- Track inventory and manage supply orders
Qualifications:
- 3 years in floor care or janitorial services
- Experience leading teams and managing schedules
- Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
