ABOUT THE ROLE
Citadel CPM is in search of a highly experiencedProject Manager to join our team. In this role you will manage Seismic Retrofit Acute Care Healthcare Projects in San Bernardino and South Bay.

ABOUT YOU
You are a Project Manager professional with minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Seismic Retrofit projects through planning design jurisdictional approvals environmental permitting construction and close-out. Experience with managing/designing/constructing healthcare facilities. The scope of work may include SPC-4d NPC-4 and NPC-5 type projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in project management and concurrent field construction.
Experience in managing Seismic Retrofit projects for acute care facilities.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.
Set and manage project expectations.
Develop and maintain budgets and schedules.
Review and coordinate the preparation of construction documents.
Facilitate project team and client meetings.
Negotiate and prepare change orders.
Monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.
Respond effectively to project issues and challenges.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Completing IRCA and ILSM forms.
Experience in acute care healthcare facilities design and construction.
Design-Bid-Building project delivery.
Knowledge of Public Contracting Code and practices.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree (preferred) in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or related field.
Licensed professional engineer or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or IOR A or B certification.

Pay range for the Project Manager is $180000 - $190000 salary per year.
