Assistant in Nursing (AIN) Casual Position goal of 30 hours per week

What Youll Be Doing

As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) youll deliver High Intensity Personal Care that truly mattershelping people stay healthy independent and confident in their homes and communities.

Youll work with:

  • NDIS Participants with complex needs (think tracheostomy bowel care enteral feeding wound care).
  • Older Australians at home supporting dignity and wellbeing.
  • Community Members who need an extra set of capable caring hands.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Deliver safe person-centered care that meets each participants unique needs in their home environment with consistency
  • Provide High Intensity Personal Care: Complex Bowel Care Catheterisation Enteral Feeding Tracheostomy Wound Care Diabetic Care and Medication Admin.
  • Follow care plans infection control procedures and best practice guidelines.
  • Communicate changes promptly to your Operations Manager
  • Show up with professionalism empathy and respectevery time.
  • Keep learning keep growing and keep laughing along the way.

What Youll Need

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Home & Community or Disability) OR Certificate IV in Disability
  • Current Drivers License and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed
  • National Criminal Record Check and WWCC
  • Own vehicle and drivers license
  • Commitment to quality safety and person-centred care

And that all-important spark for supporting others! Bonus points if you have recent experience in complex or high-intensity care.
