Please note: Classification and remuneration may be adjusted in line with the new Weekly Paid Enterprise Agreement once implementation arrangements are finalised.

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING

Community Health (Country HealthConnect) is seeking caring and dedicated Direct Care Attendants to join our residential aged care this rewarding role you will provide hands-on support and compassionate care to residents helping maintain their comfort dignity and quality of life.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team you will contribute to daily living assistance wellbeing programs and diversional therapy activities while also maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth operation of the care home.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

  • Provide respectful person-centred care that supports residents daily living comfort and wellbeing.
  • Assist in delivering diversional therapy activities and wellbeing programs for individuals and groups.
  • Accurately record observations complete routine documentation and follow established procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe supportive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
