About the Role

As our Digital Learning Designer youll combine creativity technology and strategy to craft exceptional digital education experiences. You will play a pivotal role in designing developing and delivering high-quality interactive learning content that meets both client and organisational needs.

Heres a snapshot of what your day might involve:

Design and develop engaging interactive online courses webinars videos simulations gamified activities and other digital resources.
Manage digital learning content across our LMS platforms ensuring accuracy compliance and scalability.
Build and manage LMS course instances including creating new courses updating existing ones archiving content and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Develop assessments that measure learner understanding and skill development.
Create quick reference guides and provide technical support to ensure seamless learner experiences.
Analyse learner engagement data to continuously improve content and delivery.
Experiment with new tools formats and ideas to keep our learning experiences fresh and cutting-edge.

This is a hands-on high-impact role where youll be trusted to make decisions test ideas and bring new solutions to life quickly.

Youll Thrive at FEP If You Have

Experience in digital learning design instructional design or online content development.
Proficiency with tools like Articulate 360 (including Rise) Office 365 Adobe Acrobat and webinar platforms.
Experience managing and maintaining content in LMS platforms (Totara/Moodle and aXcelerate preferred).
A sharp eye for design and learner experience.
Excellent communication skills especially in digital environments.
Strong organisational and analytical skills you can juggle multiple projects and still deliver high-quality work.
A growth mindset and love for working in fast-moving collaborative teams.
