About the Role

As our Digital Learning Designer youll combine creativity technology and strategy to craft exceptional digital education experiences. You will play a pivotal role in designing developing and delivering high-quality interactive learning content that meets both client and organisational needs.

Heres a snapshot of what your day might involve:

  • Design and develop engaging interactive online courses webinars videos simulations gamified activities and other digital resources.
  • Manage digital learning content across our LMS platforms ensuring accuracy compliance and scalability.
  • Build and manage LMS course instances including creating new courses updating existing ones archiving content and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Develop assessments that measure learner understanding and skill development.
  • Create quick reference guides and provide technical support to ensure seamless learner experiences.
  • Analyse learner engagement data to continuously improve content and delivery.
  • Experiment with new tools formats and ideas to keep our learning experiences fresh and cutting-edge.

This is a hands-on high-impact role where youll be trusted to make decisions test ideas and bring new solutions to life quickly.

Youll Thrive at FEP If You Have

  • Experience in digital learning design instructional design or online content development.
  • Proficiency with tools like Articulate 360 (including Rise) Office 365 Adobe Acrobat and webinar platforms.
  • Experience managing and maintaining content in LMS platforms (Totara/Moodle and aXcelerate preferred).
  • A sharp eye for design and learner experience.
  • Excellent communication skills especially in digital environments.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills you can juggle multiple projects and still deliver high-quality work.
  • A growth mindset and love for working in fast-moving collaborative teams.
