- Sterilise organise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Ensure the clinical environment is clean hygienic and well-prepared for each patient.
- Assist the orthodontist with patient care and treatment preparation.
- Clearly explain treatment plans financial options and procedures to patients.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with orthodontists and team members.
- Actively listen and respond to patient concerns and questions with empathy.
- Capture and manage digital records and imaging as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
