UCT is looking for a talented Expeditor Technician IIto join us in Phoenix AZ!
The Expeditor II drives on-time delivery by coordinating with internal teams to manage job flow and resolve production delays. This role monitors work-in-progress reviews schedules and arranges job disposition to meet production targets. It communicates effectively with stakeholders interprets technical drawings and escalates issues impacting tooling equipment or resources. With a strong understanding of production processes the Expeditor II ensures schedule adherence and supports operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with internal customers to coordinate and Drive Deliveries to meet the production schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of production schedules and production process/sequence.
- Able to identify delays to delivery schedule or production impacts and communicate needs to action owners.
- Arranges disposition of jobs to meet production schedules.
- Compiles and reviews production schedules reports and status/location to approach jobs in various stages of WIP.
- Able to demonstrate to the customer their understanding through words and drawings.
- Be able to work with senior management to create and compile day-to-day job-specific information using detailed drawings customer-supplied specifications and customer interaction.
- Reports any issues on equipment tooling resources or anything that can affect production flow.
- Experienced in product organizing integration and control with respect to production delivery schedules.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation workflow and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated with little or no supervision.
- Strong Computer skills (Excel Word ERP/MRP software).
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years related experience preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- At least a year of purchasing or planning experience.
Work Environment:
