Job Summary
Were looking for someone who enjoys being out on the road getting stuck in and ensuring operations run smoothly for our customers.
As a Installation Specialist youll be the final touchpoint in our customers journeys - delivering and installing appliances in their homes from fridges and washing machines to ovens and dryers.
Behind the scenes youll be the one coordinating a smooth delivery and setup making sure their new appliances are ready to use. This role blends hands-on work with great customer service and youll be key to delivering a seamless experience.
What youll be doing:
- Delivering and installing appliances safely efficiently and with a smile.
- Showing customers how their new products work.
- Removing old appliances and packaging (when requested).
- Keeping your work vehicle clean stocked and ready to roll.
- Supporting with warehouse tasks and in-store teams when needed.
- Following health and safety best practices - yours and everyone elses.
Hours of work are:
- Tuesday to Friday - 8am - 5:30pm
- Saturday - 8:30am - 5pm
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
Someone who enjoys variety doesnt mind rolling up their sleeves and thrives in a role where no two days are the same. If youre confident at working independently but also a solid team player when needed.
Youll bring:
- Full NZ drivers license.
- Confidence with physical work and manual handling.
- A clear professional communication style.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Previous delivery or installation experience is a plus but not essential.
