Are you a team player do you want to make a positive change to a diverse and sometimes challenging community but one which is full of potential. We need someone with integrity innovation and drive to work with and support families in enabling all children and young people to maximise their educational opportunities. Owing to the nature of the role an ability to relate to the Academys students is crucial. Home visits will be required as part of this role so a UK driving license and a car will be essential.

You will have excellent communication skills administration skills a polite telephone manner be organised energetic and able to remain calm in a busy environment. Training will be provided on our management information system.

Pupils who attend the school regularly achieve well. (Ofsted report Nov 24)

Will you join us in making sure more students attend and realise the value of an outstanding education. This is a key role and is an integral part of the academys journey towards excellence.

The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience of working with children and families and with other agencies is essential preferably within an education welfare setting.
