Job Summary
Join the team at Oaks Glenelg Liberty Suites as a Full Time Guest Service Agent.
As a Guest Service Agent you will be the welcoming face of the resort ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answering enquiries in person by phone and via email
- Assisting with reservations and payments
- Providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner

Qualifications :
- Has previous front office or customer service experience (hotel/resort preferred)
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident using computer systems and able to learn new software
- Presents professionally and has a positive can-do attitude
- Is available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
