Assistant Manager Oakleigh Junction Hotel
Were on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Oakleigh Junction Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals.
Standing for over 100 years the Oakleigh Junction Hotel is a Beautiful and Historic Building in the heart of Oakleigh. Conveniently located across the road from Oakleigh Train Station bus stops and taxi rank the hotel is perfect for our guests after work drinks or as part of their outing to that next big city event!
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Youve been around the bar bistro or gaming room block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
