The Archer Hotel is on the lookout for a friendly energetic receptionist to join our front-of-house team. This key role involves greeting guests managing reservations and ensuring exceptional service. We need a professional organized individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm friendly and attentive service
• Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
• Lean into team work and assist with accommodation bistro and booking duties as required

Qualifications :

About you:

• You know that when it comes to guest service every moment matters
• You are great with people communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are highly organised and have great computer skills

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
