Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Assist in Design deploy and maintain IT infrastructure including servers networks storage and cloud services.
- Able to write script for the operation usage.
- Develop and implement system configurations procedures and documentation.
- Monitor and maintain system performance security and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues.
- Perform regular system upgrades patches and backups.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect systems data and networks.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations procedures and changes.
- Generate reports on system performance issues and improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
The ideal profile should have
- Degree holder Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Acceptable alternatives (e.g. equivalent work experience certifications in IT domain).
- Relevant experience for 1 or 2 years. Also open to candidates without prior working experience.
