Role and Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to design implement and
manage our cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal
candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services automation and
cloud security to support scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design deploy and manage scalable secure and highly available AWS
cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS
CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Monitor cloud resources and optimize performance cost and security.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with development operations and security teams to ensure
cloud solutions meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and company policies.
- Automate routine tasks and cloud operations to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS services features and industry trends.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EC2 S3 RDS Lambda VPC IAM
CloudWatch and others.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools
like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python bash scripting and knowledge in
RHEL command kubenetes.
- Understanding of networking concepts security best practices and cloud
architecture principles.
- AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.
