Hiring:Web Developer L3 Support Malaysia (Client Location) New Era Technology

About the Role:

New Era Technology is looking for experienced Web Developer L3 Support to be deployed at our prestigious client in Malaysia at their KL office.

Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to join our Digital Banking L3 Support team. The role involves developing and supporting web-based applications resolving complex technical issues and ensuring stability and performance of Digital Banking platforms. The candidate will also provide guidance in best practices mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L3 production support for web-based Digital Banking applications. Develop enhance and maintain web components user interfaces and integration layers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex web and backend issues in collaboration with L2 support and development teams.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to recurring problems.
Participate in release management deployments and performance tuning.
Ensure compliance with security coding and quality standards. Collaborate in an Agile environment contributing to sprints retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare management reports documentation and dashboards for stakeholders.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

Qualification & Experience:

Mandatory Skills: React JavaScript CSS HTML
Good-to-Have Skills: Java JSP Spring XML SQL Unix Scripting AEM Forms/Sites TeamSite Web Content Management (WCM)
Databases: Oracle Operating Systems: HPUX Linux Solaris

Other Requirements (Good-to-have):

Experience with DevOps tools and practices
Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Knowledge of management reporting

Preferred Candidate:

Nationality: Malaysians preferred. Open for all nationalities who are willing to work onsite in Malaysia
Availability: Candidates who can join max in 30days.
