- Analyze changing channel distribution models and consumer booking trends to optimize hotel and corporate pricing strategies
- Manage BAR levels stay restrictions and other tactics across all distribution channels while maintaining rate integrity
- Collaborate with Revenue Management Team to develop effective rate offers and packages for targeted customer segments
- Monitor transient group and tour booking pace to determine pricing and availability controls for all reservation sources
- Complete rooms and revenue forecasting including unconstrained demand projections
- Track and analyze competitive set pricing and yield strategies to predict market reactions
- Participate in strategic planning marketing plan development and budgeting processes
- Chair weekly Revenue Management Meetings and prepare necessary materials and updates
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Revenue Management
- Proficiency in MS Office suite especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment
- Service-oriented with attention to detail
