Job Summary

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist Exercise Physiologist Physiotherapist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team in Melbourne on a full-time basis or part-time basis.

On a day-to-day basis you will be an integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. 

As a valued team member your role will include:

  • Undertaking vocational assessments 
  • Liaising with clients insurers medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
  • Be part of a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work always with your clients best interests at heart
  • Deliver targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence vocational capacity and functional performance
  • Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes 

Qualifications :

Experience you will bring to the team:

  • A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)
  • Full registration with AHPRA ESSA or ASORC
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy Exercise Physiology Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • A passion for injury prevention facilitation of return to independence at work and at home and the desire to make a difference;
  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering what we say we will and when we will
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
