Caboolture Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and proactive Quality and Risk Coordinator to step into a 6-month secondment role. This position is pivotal in maintaining and strengthening our clinical governance risk management and quality improvement frameworks during a period of leadership transition.
You will lead hospital-wide initiatives aligned with accreditation standards oversee incident investigations and reporting and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive compliance safety and continuous improvement across the hospital.

As the Quality and Risk Coordinator you will provide both strategic and operational leadership to ensure compliance with Ramsay Health Cares Patient Safety and Clinical Quality Framework.

Essential Criteria:
Remuneration: On offer $128 960 - $132 392 annually superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances (4RN31 QLD Reg Nurse/Midwife Lvl3 Y1-Y4.).
